Waffle House opened its first location in 1955 in Avondale, Georgia. The founders were Joe Rogers Sr. and Tom Forkner. Tom Forkner advised Joe Rogers Sr. to name the business Waffle House because their waffles were the main food item on the menu.

Furthermore, customers purchased more waffles on the menu than any other item. There are approximately 2,100 Waffle House locations in the United States, and the majority of these restaurants are in the southern United States.

In addition to waffles, Waffle House serves eggs, steak, hashbrowns, breakfast sandwiches, and breakfast bowls.

What makes this restaurant unique is that patrons who come in can have a full view of the cooking area. Waffle House also offers customers the opportunity to make reservations for certain occasions such as Valentine’s Day with candles lights and birthday deals.

Review

In comparison to other similar chains for refectory services, Waffle House price menu is less expensive, particularly their Value dollar menu. The cheeseburger for $1 is a must-have for all foodies who stop at the restaurant to satisfy their cravings for food. It is a must for anyone the opportunity to dine at this restaurant due to the reasonable menu.

The menu is not only pricing attractive to all Americans and their families, but the restaurant’s atmosphere has a crucial role to play in attracting people to the establishment. The eateries are well-known for their jukeboxes. Jukeboxes are an essential and are a valuable addition for these restaurants.

The music played were usually singles at 45-rpm; however later, the song list included songs that contained the restaurant’s name on their lyrics or were sung by people who were associated to this restaurant chain such as Mary Welch Rogers and Bloodhound Gang. The restaurant’s owner reserves all rights in these tracks, and they are not sold from the food store.

Each outlet that belong to this company are equipped with in-house and portable generators and are able to place in order to store food and ice. In order to ensure the comfort of customers they have state of the art disaster management strategies.

These eateries have achieved the highest level of disaster relief. The reason for this is the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The remaining four companies in the queue are Wal-Mart, Lowe’s and The Home Depot.
